Play. Belong. Grow. Lead. Developing players, building character, creating leaders.
Mambas Academy is a youth soccer and futsal development program based in Fredericton, New Brunswick, serving boys and girls ages 6–19. Whether a young person is touching a ball for the first time or dreaming of playing at a higher level, our goal is to provide an environment where they can play, learn, challenge themselves, and grow.
We are building more than teams. We are building a Mamba Family — and our competitive side, Mambas FC, carries that identity onto the pitch.
To provide accessible, high-quality soccer and futsal opportunities that develop young people as players, teammates, leaders, and confident members of their communities. Through structured training, mentorship and competition, we build technical ability, game intelligence, physical literacy and a strong understanding of the game — while teaching discipline, respect, teamwork, resilience, responsibility and leadership. Financial circumstances or a young person's background should never determine whether they have the opportunity to participate, develop, and belong.
To build Mambas Academy into a respected year-round youth soccer and futsal development academy where young people from every background have a pathway to play, develop, compete, and reach their potential. We envision an academy recognized not only for the quality of the players it develops, but for the quality of the people and leaders who come through the Mambas family.
Develop Great Players. Develop Even Better People.
The Mamba represents the identity we want our players to carry onto the field and into life.
We concentrate on our goals.
We understand improvement requires commitment.
We learn the game and make smart decisions.
We think and react with purpose.
When we fall, we rise again.
We embrace challenges rather than run from them.
But being a Mamba is not about one individual. Our greatest strength comes when we move together.
One Team. One Family. One Mamba Mentality.
Talent creates possibilities. Discipline turns possibilities into achievement.
Nobody succeeds alone. We are one Mambas family.
For the game, teammates, opponents, officials, and ourselves.
Not perfection — continually becoming better than yesterday.
When you wear the Mambas badge, you represent something bigger than yourself.
Winning matters. Development matters more. Character matters always.
Mambas Academy is proudly managed by the New Brunswick African Association, an organization dedicated to supporting and uplifting the African community across New Brunswick through culture, education, and sport.
Through Mambas Academy, the association creates pathways for young people to develop athletic skill, leadership, and a strong sense of belonging — on the field and within the wider community.
Whether you're a player, parent, or community partner, we'd love to hear from you.
